The staff and parents of The Family School recommend these resources:
For many years, Family School co-founder Susan Cedar wrote a monthly column about raising toddlers for Raising Arizona Kids. Her articles offer reflections and guidance on topics such as handling good days and bad days, teaching children manners, and the trouble with princesses. These are available here.
The Family School is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the nationally recognized association that accredits those preschools that meet their high standards. Their website (http://families.naeyc.org) offers much of interest to the families of young children.
